After you have placed your order, you will need to send your images to Perfectly Charming Gifts. If we are using digital files (digital photos or scans of prints that you have made yourself) you can email them us. If you are providing hard copy prints for us to scan, you will mail them to us and we will return them to you with your finished order. In all cases we will need to be able to identify the owner of each image and will need to know which jewelry item it is to be used with. We will also need to associate any cropping instructions or other special instructions (sepia or black and white effects) with the correct image. So, it is important that you follow the instructions fully to avoid confusion or delay with your order.

If you are emailing files, please include your name and jewelry design in the subject line of your email. Use the same name that you provided when you placed your order on line. If you are emailing multiple images for charms that will be used on one design (like for multiple charms on a bracelet) indicate that all the images are for that piece. If you are sending images that will be used in different pieces of jewelry (one for a bracelet and one for a necklace for example) please indicate which image goes with which jewelry piece. Email images to: perfectlycharminggifts@live.com.  Image files should be: .jpeg format Higher resolution produces best results. 300 dpi is preferred. A minimum of 1024 x 768 pixels is recommended. A maximum of 2000 x 2000 pixels is desired.

If you are mailing hard copy prints, please include similar instructions as above in the envelope which should be a photo mailer. It is also advisable to place your name and jewelry item on the back of each print. You can write on masking tape first and place it on the back if you do not want to write directly on the print. Prints up to 8x10 inches can be used. Our scanning and printing process will make a very faithful reproduction of the original print. We can even sometimes sharpen or brighten an image to enhance the result. If your original print however is of poor quality or has creases or other damage, the scan and jewelry will include these imperfections. Sometimes a treasured image has these flaws and is still a perfect candidate for an heirloom jewelry piece.
